Villa Kunčabok is located in the beautiful bay Kunčabok, in the village Kukljica, on the island Ugljan. Surrounded by pine and olive trees, the Villa has a very exclusive position straight by the seaside. The view towards west, shows you islands Iž and Dugi otok. At sunset the bay glows of sunshine, and lures colorful memories of your relaxing stay in Kunčabok bay.
The center of the village Kukljica is approx. 3 km from Villa Kunčabok. In the village center you may find post office, ambulance, restaurants, caffe bars, grocery stores, open markets with daily fresh fish, various fruits and vegetables. Bridge connection between islands Ugljan and Pašman offers opportunities for daily excursions to Monastery Čokovac (Pašman) and St. Mihovil belvedere (Preko), which gives a unique overview of island Ošljak (Preko) and beautiful Zadar archipelago.
Right infront of Villa Kunčabok is the beach surrounded by palm trees. Nautical enthusiasts may use berth for their vessel during their stay. Our guests are also free to use private parking right in front of the house, as well as the grill house in the garden.
We offer accommodation in 4 apartments:

All apartments have a view of the beach and the sea. The facility has free WiFi, and all apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included. Facility includes laundry room and we also offer laundry service for our guests on demand.
